Hotel is in a perfect location between 5th and 6th avenue. The hotel offers a very generous deal. You receive 30$ a day credit to spend on food and drink. The breakfast is free and you get a happy hour in the evening from 5pm to 630pm with 2 free drinks and unlimited soft drinks during happy hour.

The breakfast and location are amazing. Most of the touristy areas are in walking distance. The hotel is very clean and quiet. Breakfast area can be busy sometimes.

The morning breakfast was fast, fresh, and convenient. The made to order omelets were very good. The location was as advertised. 13 minute walk from MSG and Penn Station. 10 minutes to Times Square. 15 minutes to the theater district. Excellent location.

Ideal location for exploring the city. Very good value for money, particularly with breakfast included, and the options of drinks/snacks at certain points in the day. Breakfast was comprehensive and tasty, but more seating or having a staff member to direct people to seating would be welcome. Breakfast staff were so friendly and helpful. Beds were extremely comfortable and spacious, and showers were perfect. Rooms could be cleaner, particularly the floors. Only 3 elevators was a hindrance - at times we were waiting 15 minutes for one to stop at our floor, making us late for some plans. Overall, a great experience. Would recommend to anyone, and would stay again if back in NYC.

This was the second time that me and my partner stayed at this hotel in the last year. The hotel is in a very centralized location. Within walking distance of Times Square, Macy's flagship store, the 34th Street subway at Herald Square and so much more. The amenities of the hotel are great. The morning full buffet breakfast, to the late afternoon reception, to the evening dinner in the Heist Restaurant. We stayed in a King room with a skyline view of the Empire State Building along with a view of the rest of Manhatten. Andrew at the front desk was nice to help us with anything we needed. Kevin, who works with the morning breakfast buffet was so friendly and nice to us. Mercedes, the food service manager, was so nice when we seen her in the evenings. We are anticipating on staying here again next year in August as we found this hotel a great place to stay. Thanks to all the staff that made our stay so great!

We came from 7 days 5* hotel in NYC to Embassy. The reviews and fotos looked very good. I try not to compare the hotels as it would be unfair to Embassy. We stayed in a Junior Suite with Empire State Building View. The size of the room was ok / good, it had ironing board, Safe and a refridgerator. Size of bathroom was ok. Room was overall clean. What i recognized, everyone from the hotel was nice and welcoming, the cleaners and others greated us if they see us. That was a nice experience. We did not use the breakfast, it was mostly simple and as we are NON-US we are used to other things at breakfast. But the times we checked the room was full. We also did not use the happy hour / snacks thing in the evening. If this is complementary due to the ressort fee (nothing against Hilton but i cannot stand ressort fee as its a bit of a scam) then fine, but we did not need it. The waiting times for the elevator was ok / good. Did not take longer then 3-4 mins max.

The location of the hotel is fabulous - you have coffee shops, convenience stores, and restaurants in nearby blocks, as well as the subway. The free breakfast (although crowded) is a plus, the size of the room is very reasonable for NY standards, especially the bathroom. It has everything you need for a short stay. The afternoon happy hour and the cinema under the stars are great additions and so inviting!

Location for us was ideal and the view from our room was amazing. Staff very helpful, and there was always someone around if needed.
